 This reports measures your energy usage patterns, and shows where your energy is being consumed,  we ask about appliance usage and hours used, we look at your lighting, high consumption appliances, Air con, heating, TV, measure your avg kw used for 1 hour and reccommend changes to your energy usage pattern, and explain how to benefit from  energy effiencnt technolgy, how to easily understand, what u can save , how much you will get back from renewable energy, with rebates and government grants. without reading a few hundred websites with different conflicting information, we are independent of any government program, and wish to save u power. 

 

Basic Household Energy Audit: $200

 

This is an energy audit carried out with a digital watt meter, on appliances plugged into your normal Power point, we will show u what is being wasted on appliances on standby, computers left on and monitors on standby,  mystery ghost power you may be consuming power with out  knowing, eg mobile phone chargers, this data will be input into a report, that shows individual appliance energy usage, very usefull in finding what applaince is is wasting your electricty, reduces  ghost phatom losses, and standby power we can cut up to 35% off your elctricity bill

 

Advanced Houshold Energy Audit: $300

this includes a Wireless Energy Meter which records all daily usage in kw/ hours and will calculate the total cost per day month and year you can compare differnt months differnt days winter and summer energy consumption, it is also very usefool tool to have to see when the kids are wasting energy or if any lights or appliances are left on,

This includes a professional installation at the meter box, training and setup on how to use the meter, and make your home up to 50% more energy efficient. we also tailor a 6 month 2 bill lifecycle power reduction plan for your house

 

Household Thermal effieincy report: $200

 

This measures the heating and cooling effiency of the domestic home:

 

rooms are tempurature metered, showing hotspots where insulation is not working wel, shows were cold air is escaping in winter, gaps in walls and drafts and cold/ hot spots caused by poor lighting air con fitting gaps 

thermal effiecncy of insulation in walls and roof, this report recommends many options to fix your uninsulated house, we also do checks on bad practice installation methods, which can create fire hazrds in your roof space

 

 

Led 240v Led Conversions:

 

This converts your inefficent downlights which use 50w + 10w in the transformer, we convert your downlights to energy efficent led which uses 6w of energy has zero heat zero uv light and is now available in 2 colours warm white 2500k and daylight 500k, these have 120 degree dispersion and offer a superior light to halogen globes, we take out the transformer which is another fire hazard and heat source removed,  and 50w globes and replace them with 6w 240v leds

This uses a Gauss meter and a Low Frequency and High Frequency Electromagnetic meter which picks up AC/ DC Power and electromagnetic radiation given out, it shows Wifi and mobile phone radiation, microwave leakage, poorly insulated AC Products.

in this report the house is elctromagnetivc tested on walls, power points, Tvs mobile phones transformaers, microwaves, wireless and mobile data etc are tested, powerpoints, certain lights and high radiating devices are identified and recommended to be swapped for low electromagnetic radiating devices, also a very good test for old microwaves with broken or perished seals.
